By accessing BuildWithAnkur, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you should use the platform with the consent of a parent or guardian.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between you and BuildWithAnkur.

To access features like saving blogs, liking components, and purchasing products, you must create an account. You may register using your email and password or via Google OAuth.

When creating and using your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately at buildwithankur07@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Not create multiple accounts for abusive or fraudulent purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

BuildWithAnkur offers both free and paid content. Paid products (templates and full-stack projects) are purchased through Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed at the time of purchase. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
• We do not store your payment details — all transactions are handled securely by Razorpay.
• You will receive an order confirmation to your registered email address.

Upon purchasing or accessing free content, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the downloaded files for your own projects.

This license allows you to:

• Use templates and components in personal or commercial projects.
• Modify the source code to suit your requirements.
• Use full-stack projects for college submissions, portfolios, or learning purposes.
• Copy and paste components directly into your own website.

This license does not allow you to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased downloads with others.
• Upload or publish our templates/projects on other marketplaces (free or paid).
• Remove or alter any attribution or copyright notices in the source code.
• Claim our original work as entirely your own in a public context.

All content on BuildWithAnkur — including blog posts, UI components, templates, project source code, design assets, logos, and the website itself — is the intellectual property of Ankur Agarwal and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, republish, or distribute any content from this platform without explicit written permission, except as permitted by the license granted upon purchase or download.

The BuildWithAnkur name, logo, and brand identity are owned by Ankur Agarwal and may not be used without prior written consent.

Users may post comments on blogs. By submitting a comment, you grant BuildWithAnkur a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform.

When posting comments, you agree not to post content that:

• Is abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or harassing toward any individual or group.
• Contains spam, promotional links, or unsolicited advertisements.
• Includes personal information of others without their consent.
• Violates any applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Is deliberately misleading or contains false information.

We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content that violates these guidelines, without notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BuildWithAnkur:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or another user's account.
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract content from the platform.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the website's backend infrastructure.
• Sharing, reselling, or distributing paid content that you have purchased.
• Impersonating BuildWithAnkur, its owner, or any other user.
• Using the platform for any illegal activity under Indian or international law.
• Attempting to introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

BuildWithAnkur is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform.
• The accuracy or completeness of any blog post, tutorial, or documentation.
• The suitability of any template or project for a specific use case.
• That downloaded files will be free from bugs or compatible with all environments.

Blog posts and tutorials are for educational purposes only. Always review and test any code before using it in a production environment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ankur Agarwal (BuildWithAnkur) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from use of downloaded content.
• Any errors, bugs, or issues found in templates, components, or projects.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
• Any third-party service downtime (Razorpay, Google, or other integrations).

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of BuildWithAnkur shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of BuildWithAnkur after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

If you disagree with any updated Terms, your only recourse is to stop using the platform and delete your account.
